“The winning project is an industrial investment established in Erbil by Emirati investor Ahmed Khamas. The project specializes in manufacturing high-density polyethylene pipes used in construction, infrastructure, and the oil sector. Its selection demonstrates the growing success of foreign investment in the Kurdistan Region and the region’s ability to attract and support impactful international projects,” Invest Kurdistan said in a press release.
“The award reflects the continued efforts of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), under the leadership and vision of Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, to strengthen the investment environment, support foreign investors, and position the Kurdistan Region as a competitive global investment destination.
